In most instances, you will not need planning permission for your conservatory as it will fall under your permitted development rights. However, there will be some cases where planning permission is required before we are able it install your new home addition. For example, the size of your conservatory and whether it will obstruct the view or privacy of neighbours. Additionally, those living in conservation areas or a listed property will need planning permission. If planning permission is required, then the CS Windows team will be more than happy to help increase your chances of winning approval.
